The final week of the Quitman Public Library summer reading program featured a presentation from Miss Pamella with the Mississippi Tobacco Coalition. The kids also enjoyed a fun neon painting craft. 🎨 Thank you so much to everyone who participated!

SRP Week Three - Quitman Public Library

The Quitman Public Library hosted a game day for week three of their summer reading program, and the kids had a blast with the floor puzzles, face painting, four-in-a-row game, giant Jenga, tower ball, yard pong table games, and a Thomas Train tower to explore. They also had a light circuit STEM kit for the older children. Thank you so much to everyone who joined in the fun! 🙂

SRP Week Two - Quitman Public Library

June 11th marked the Quitman Public Library's second event with their summer reading program, with special guest Connie McMullan from the MS Department of Transportation. Connie brought Myrtle the Turtle and taught the kids about litter and its affect on animals and our environment. The kids also enjoyed storytime with the book How to Light Your Dragon and craft time consisted of making pasta dinosaur skeletons. 🦖 Thank you so much to everyone who participated!
