SRP Week Two - Quitman Public Library

June 11th marked the Quitman Public Library's second event with their summer reading program, with special guest Connie McMullan from the MS Department of Transportation. Connie brought Myrtle the Turtle and taught the kids about litter and its affect on animals and our environment. The kids also enjoyed storytime with the book How to Light Your Dragon and craft time consisted of making pasta dinosaur skeletons. 🦖 Thank you so much to everyone who participated!
