HAPPY WORLD POETRY DAY! 📖 ✒️ 📖 The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization declared March 21st as World Poetry Day in 1999. Its purpose is "to promote the reading, writing, publishing and teaching of poetry throughout the world". Here are a few favorite poems selected by some of our EMRLS librarians.
